The following work is being completed: ITS is removing the Timesheets by Tempo time tracking application from WSU’s Jira environment. Users can continue tracking time on tickets via Jira’s delivered time-tracking functionality. Previously reported time will remain accessible in Jira for reporting and JQL queries.
All affected groups: WSU Jira admins and users who utilize the Timesheets by Tempo application
All affected processes: Access to the Timesheets by Tempo application
Duration of impact: This is a permanent change. No Jira outage is expected during the removal process.

Additional information: This change follows a system analysis of advanced tools and was approved by the Atlassian Governance Committee as a budget savings initiative.
