From Nov. 4 to Nov. 15, Information Technology Services (ITS) is populating the Okta Universal Directory with myWSU and Workday data as part of the IAM Roadmap. Once populated, Application Administrators will gain the ability to view the complete set of directory information centrally via Okta.
In preparation for this change, ITS has held multiple validation meetings over the past several months to ensure accuracy as myWSU and Workday data is integrated into Okta.
After this change, ITS will proceed with populating the same data into Active Directory. Additional communication on the Active Directory change will be distributed closer to the scheduled date.
ITS encourages any issues with Universal Directory information identified by administrators or users be reported to Crimson Service Desk at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu.
