Submitting ITS Support Requests

With the new semester now underway, Information Technology Services (ITS) would like to ask for your continued assistance with submitting all technology assistance requests through our primary help desk team, Crimson Service Desk (CSD). You can do this by emailing crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu or accessing Crimson Service Desk’s Jira portal. If it is an urgent request, we encourage you to directly call CSD at 509-335-4357 anytime during business hours.

This assistance process ensures requests are promptly addressed and routed to the appropriate ITS team(s). This also prevents overlooked emails during busy periods, and avoids delays or lack of response if an individual is away from work.
