Update from Aug. 12 at 4:02 p.m. – ITS continues to observe and troubleshoot intermittent wireless authentication issues. Please continue reporting any issues that users experience on campus providing the information listed below.
Information Technology Services (ITS) has received reports of wireless authentication issues on the WSU Pullman campus. ITS has had reports of this happening on WSU Aruba Wireless (CUB), WSU Resnet Wireless (dorms and apartments), and WSU Crimson Wireless (ITB) so far.
ITS asks that users report wireless authentication issues if this is experienced on other parts of campus to the Crimson Service Desk at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu or 509-335-4357. Please include the user’s NID, the MAC address of the wireless adapter, and the name of the wireless network the user is connecting to in tickets for this issue.
At this time, solutions for any users experiencing issues have not been identified. However, ITS Engineers are investigating issues.
