Biography

Jacqueline joined Information Technology Services (ITS) in 2016 and currently serves as Director of the ITS System Communications and Customer Experience group, supporting both the Pullman campus and the broader WSU system. Her unit includes the Crimson Service Desk, Pullman Integrated Academic Technologies, and ITS Communications.

A proud two-time Coug alum, Jacqueline is passionate about enriching the WSU community experience. She actively contributes to system-wide initiatives such as IT governance, AI policy development, and communications standards. In addition to her ITS leadership, she occasionally teaches at the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication and has served on various university committees, including the Administrative Professional Advisory Council (APAC) and the President’s Commission on the Status of Women. She has also chaired multiple years of the WSU Pullman Woman of the Year program.

Prior to joining WSU, Jacqueline held roles in the private sector supporting accounting, marketing, communications, and business management for both nonprofit and privately held organizations.

She holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communication from WSU and has been recognized throughout her career for excellence in customer service, communications, and photography. In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and nurturing a lifelong love of sweets.
