Please see the following scheduled Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance process:
Start Date: Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026
Start Time: 10 p.m.
End Date: Friday, Oct. 9, 2026
End Time: 4 a.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading the ClearPass server cluster to apply security updates, bug fixes, and platform enhancements.
All affected groups: Users connected to WSU wireless networks systemwide
All affected processes:
- Wireless authentication for WSU Wireless networks
- Review a complete list of impacted SSIDs
Duration of impact: No service outage is anticipated during this maintenance window. However, users connected to WSU wireless networks may be prompted to reauthenticate their devices while the upgrade is in progress.
