Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform scheduled maintenance from Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, to Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, as part of the quarterly network infrastructure upgrade process.
During various maintenance windows, internet and VoIP phone connectivity at WSU Pullman may be temporarily disrupted.
All scheduled upgrades are intended to address security vulnerabilities and apply bug fixes.
Maintenance Windows with Expected Service Impact
Network or internet outages lasting between 15 and 30 minutes are expected at WSU Pullman during the following maintenance windows. However, the entire duration of the windows is reserved to complete all planned work.
