Please see the following scheduled Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance process:

End Date: Monday, Sept. 14, 2026
End Time: 6 a.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS will place the Atlassian Data Center environment into read-only mode. This is required to support the migration of production data to Atlassian Cloud in preparation for upcoming testing activities.
All affected groups: WSU Atlassian users with permissions to modify content, settings, projects, or configurations in Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
All affected processes:
- Administrative and editing functions will be temporarily unavailable while services are in read-only mode.
- Services are expected to remain available for viewing content and submitting requests.
- Requests submitted by email during this maintenance window will continue to generate tickets; however, support staff will be unable to take action on those tickets until Data Center exits read-only mode.
Duration of impact: Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence will remain in read-only mode for approximately 2.5 days. Read-only restrictions will be lifted as soon as this work is complete, and services may be fully functional earlier than the scheduled end time.
Necessary follow-up steps: During this maintenance window, WSU Atlassian administrators and users should plan to postpone any planned content updates, project administration, configuration changes, or other modifications in Atlassian Data Center until full functionality has been restored.
