Information Technology Services (ITS) requests that WSU Atlassian administrators review and update user memberships in Jira and Confluence services by Friday, Sept. 11, 2026.
This effort will help prepare the WSU Atlassian Cloud environment for upcoming migration testing activities.
Please review user memberships across your Jira service desks, Jira projects, and Confluence spaces and:
- Remove users marked as inactive.
- Remove users who no longer require access based on their last login date and current memberships.
Removing a user from a service desk, project, or space does not delete their WSU Atlassian account. It only removes their access to that specific area.
Completing this review by Sept. 11 will improve the accuracy of production data being migrated and reduce remediation efforts related to inactive users and outdated permissions during later migration activities.
