Biography

Michael Case joined WSU in 2020. He oversees the Information Technology needs of the WSU Student Affairs division. His team provides customer support/help desk, systems administration, development, project management, ResNet (residential network) support, and infrastructure management.

Michael has worked in the IT field in higher education for over three decades almost exclusively in leadership positions. He has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA. Michael has a wife and two daughters.
