The following work is being completed: ITS is updating Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence to newly released patched versions.
All affected groups: WSU Jira, JSM, and Confluence users
All affected processes: Minor changes to the look, feel, and functionality will be introduced to Jira, JSM, and Confluence due to expected feature updates and bug fixes.
Duration of impact: No service outage or disruption is expected during the maintenance window.
