The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading the Tier 1 MECM (SCCM) service.
All affected groups: WSU Tier 1 MECM (SCCM) users
All processes affected: ITS Tier 1 MECM (SCCM) will be down during the change window, which means Tier 1 server patching and app installs will be offline.
Necessary follow-up steps: If needed, contact Data Center Operations to request the latest ISO needed to rebuild Tier 1 USB imaging sticks.
