The following work is being completed: Microsoft is introducing an updated People Hub in Outlook on the web.
All affected groups: Users managing contacts in Outlook on the web
All affected processes:
- Users will be migrated to the “New Contacts” experience automatically. The toggle to disable New Contacts will be removed.
- The refreshed People Hub will offer an updated, multi-column layout and improved search capabilities.
- Organizational profile data will be incorporated into contact details where available.
- Duplicate contacts will be automatically linked.
Duration of impact: This is a permanent, Microsoft-driven change.
