The following work is being completed: ITS is preemptively resolving a potential email routing issue with WSU Vancouver SMTP emails. If unresolved, this issue may create an email loop for any external emails sent to @vancouver.wsu.edu addresses.
All affected groups: WSU Vancouver users
All affected processes: The WSU Vancouver sub-domain will be removed from the current email connector and added to a different connector that will eliminate the potential for an email loop.
Duration of impact: No service disruption or outage is expected.
