Please see the following scheduled Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance process:

The following work is being completed: ITS is troubleshooting an issue that was identified following the recent December 2025 ADFS maintenance.
All affected processes: ITS is upgrading the ADFS cluster configurations to implement improved infrastructure. This work will complete remaining tasks from the previously scheduled maintenance period.
Duration of impact: There will be a brief interruption of service at the beginning of the maintenance window. This will only affect users trying to log in during the interruption. Existing sessions will not be impacted by this change.
