The following work is being completed: ITS is migrating the 25Live authentication from Shibboleth to Okta.
All affected groups: WSU 25Live users
All affected processes: The WSU 25Live login experience will change. Users will be prompted with the WSU Okta login screen and required to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) when accessing the service.
Duration of impact:
- During the maintenance window: No service outage or disruption is expected.
- Following the maintenance window: This is a permanent change.
