The following work is being completed: ITS is migrating the currently Microsoft A3 licenses used for employees and students to Microsoft A5 licensing. There will be a period of time where users are licensed under both licenses.
All affected groups: Users who are currently licensed with a Microsoft A3 license
All affected processes: No expected disruption of service is anticipated for this change.
Duration of impact: This is a permanent change.
Necessary follow-up steps: No additional follow-up steps required by licensed users.
