The following work is being completed: Microsoft is retiring InfoPath 2013 and InfoPath Forms Services in SharePoint Online, requiring users to migrate InfoPath forms to solutions like Power Apps, Power Automate, or Microsoft Forms.
All affected groups: Users who currently utilize InfoPath forms in SharePoint Online
All affected processes:
- InfoPath forms in SharePoint Online will no longer function. Users will lose access to create, edit, or submit these forms.
- Existing SharePoint Online processes and workflows that depend on InfoPath forms will be disrupted until they are replaced.
Duration of impact: This is a permanent, Microsoft-driven change.
Necessary follow-up steps: Impacted users are encouraged to transition to Power Apps, Power Automate, or Microsoft Formsas alternative tools.
