The following work is being completed: ITS is migrating Pullman VoIP phone networks to the Pullman campus firewall to serve as the new gateway.
All affected groups: Pullman campus users with Cisco VoIP phones
All affected processes: Cisco VoIP phone service on the Pullman campus will be temporarily unavailable for up to 10 minutes during the transition.
Duration of impact: Pullman Cisco VoIP phone services will experience an outage of up to 10 minutes during this maintenance window.
Necessary follow-up steps: If users encounter phone issues during this maintenance window, please cycle the power on the phone by unplugging the cable from the back of the phone and plugging it back in.
