The following work is being completed: Microsoft is performing scheduled Intune maintenance to upgrade its infrastructure with improved disaster recovery resilience, resulting in temporary service downtime.
All affected groups: IT admins and users relying on device management, app access, and enrollment via Intune
All affected processes:
- Users will be unable to make admin changes in the Microsoft Intune admin center and Intune for Education portals.
- Intune may display inaccurate data and reports.
- Intune services such as device check-in, enrollment, mobile application management (MAM), and app installation will be unavailable.
- Users who are targeted for MAM Conditional Access will not have access to managed apps and will not be able to add new MAM apps if their grace period expired.
Duration of impact: Intune services and management will be impacted for approximately six hours during this maintenance window.
