The following work is being completed: Confluence did not fully recover the cluster after windows patching due to a cache version miss-match. To resolve the issue, ITS is bringing Confluence fully offline to reset the cache.
All affected groups: WSU Confluence users
All affected processes: WSU’s Confluence production environment
Duration of impact: Up to 55 minutes until one of the nodes is fully online
