The following work is being completed: ITS is updating from standard Service Account to Group Managed Service Account (gMSA) for JIRA-DB-PROD.
All affected groups: ITS teams (Enterprise Systems Group, Data Center Operations)
All affected processes: The SQL database will restart. This will bring the DB down when the new gMSA account is applied.
Duration of impact: Less than 10 minutes
