The following work is being completed: Microsoft is updating OneDrive to prompt users with a personal Microsoft account on a Windows device to also sign in with that account when accessing OneDrive with a work or school account.
All affected groups: WSU users on Windows devices who are signed in to a personal Microsoft account and actively using their WSU OneDrive on the same device.
All affected processes: Impacted users will receive a prompt to sign in to OneDrive with their personal Microsoft account. Once signed in, users can access both personal and WSU OneDrive accounts separately on the device. OneDrive content will not merge between accounts.
Duration of impact: This is a permanent, Microsoft-driven change.
Necessary follow-up steps: None unless prompted. WSU users should follow the sign-in prompt if they wish to access both personal and university accounts on the device.
