The following work is being completed: Microsoft is completing planned maintenance for the Teams Q&A feature on the following dates:
- Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at 16:00 UTC (9 a.m. PT)
- Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at 16:00 UTC (9 a.m. PT)
- Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, at 16:00 UTC (9 a.m. PT)
All affected groups: Users hosting or creating Teams meetings with the Q&A feature
All affected processes:
- Teams Q&A will temporarily operate in read-only mode during the maintenance windows.
- Users will be able to view Q&A messages, but will be temporarily unable to:
- Create meetings, Town halls, or webinars with Q&A added
- Turn Q&A off/on in meeting options
- Edit Q&A engagement settings
- Reply or react to Q&A messages
- Perform any other write-related actions
- Users may temporarily receive the following error messages in Teams Q&A:
- “Your message wasn’t posted, please try again soon.”
- “Sorry, something went wrong, please try again soon.”
Duration of impact: Up to 12 hours during each maintenance date.
