Start Time: 4 a.m.
End Time: 6 a.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is performing a reboot of both Pullman Border Firewalls at the same time to refresh resources and troubleshoot the intermittent increased latency/jitter issues. WSU Pullman will experience a brief network outage as ITS performs this reboot.
All affected groups: WSU Pullman
All affected processes: Network/internet connectivity on the WSU Pullman campus during the maintenance window.
Duration of impact: A 20-minute network outage is expected, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
Necessary follow up steps: If VoIP phones do not return to service after a maintenance window, please reboot the phone.
