Start Time: 4 a.m.
End Time: 6 a.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is performing a reboot of both Pullman Border Firewalls at the same time as part of troubleshooting the intermittent increased latency/jitter issues.
Duration of impact for all locations: A 20-minute network outage is expected, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
Affected Processes: All Pullman network services.
Necessary follow up steps: If VoIP phones do not return to service after a maintenance window, please reboot the phone.
