The following work is being completed: ITS is completing the vendor-driven RMA request for the Pullman Campus Firewalls by replacing the data plane card in the Sloan unit.
Duration of impact for all locations: No service interruptions are expected.
All processes affected: Sloan is currently the passive unit of the high availability pair.
