Panopto Archiving Implementation

Please see the following scheduled ITS maintenance process:

Date:  Friday, Jan. 14, 2022 (ongoing, see below)
Start Time:  12:00 AM

The following work is being completed: Beginning Friday, January 14, 2022, Panopto will automatically archive any video that has not been viewed in the past thirteen months. Panopto will run the archiving process twice per month, with the first run occurring on the 14th.

Additional Info: The unviewed videos will not be deleted. Videos will be retained in inactive storage indefinitely and can be restored to be viewed. Restoration of an archived video can take up to 48 hours.
