Voicemail Maintenance

Please see the following scheduled ITS maintenance process:

Start Time:  8:00 PM
End Time:  10:00 PM

The following work is being completed: Authentication change for Single Inbox to Office 365

All affected groups: All WSU Pullman-hosted voicemail boxes with Single Inbox (voicemail forwarded to email) configured

Duration of impact: Less than 2 hours

Follow-up steps customers need to take: If a customer believes a voicemail was not forwarded from their inbox following completion of the maintenance, they can log into their phone to check for messages, or log in to https://voicemail.wsu.edu to check their inbox.

Additional Info: Voicemails received during the maintenance should be sent to email when the system resyncs with Office 365 upon completion. Otherwise, no user impact is anticipated.
